This is my story

Like you, I have sometimes been given the task of organizing a company outing. And not one time but often.

And especially since I always liked it myself. I’m just always very enthusiastic and put me in like a good day to organize for others (and of course for myself!).

The first time I thought I handle this moment. Certainly there are huge opportunities for an original outing.

But I can tell, this was very disappointing.

Of course I found numerous activities on the Internet. But it was always the same.

Stone Grill, karting, paintball, karaoke, poker. Nice enough, but not really original. And besides, most people in the company ever did all this.

And I thought that was perhaps the most difficult. Find something that was fun for everyone. For both women and men, the young fellow of 25, but also the older of one year or 55. For the more active figures, but also the quieter colleagues

I mean, I just wanted everyone to like it. It must be one day for all employees.

I started thinking what exactly is really important for a company outing

I figured that a good outing:

A. Original should be, no clichés and afgekouwde activities that everyone has done
B. Everyone should be as fun, for women and men aged 18 to 65 with all interests
C. Relaxing should be, an outing is obviously still a chance that you and colleagues can come together a bit and get to know each other better. And everyone should be a little at ease and be themselves

And with that approach I continued searching.

Then I found an American website and a fantastic concept. It was a combination of celebration and relaxation.

You went well with everyone relax but it was also active. It was very original and suitable for everyone. And you could make it as crazy as you want, from a few hours a day, in different price ranges.

Just only do things where you feel well. Where you fit in and should be instead of where you want a party feeling to left.

I thought, Bingo!

But alas, the Netherlands / Belgium had this concept yet ... The party did not ..

And we were just old fashioned but a 1 or other activity to do (I think we have gone to an amusement park, but I do not remember, I think says it all).

The American concept left me no go. I thought about it often, and especially the fact that would be great for many other companies in the Netherlands.
